Acceptance of Terms

By using ZZZ-Auction you agree to bid honestly, pay for won items, and follow all auction rules. We may suspend accounts for violations.

All auction listings are provided by third-party sellers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the condition of items.

Bids are legally binding. If you win an auction, you are obligated to complete the purchase at the winning price.

A 5% transaction fee applies to all sales. Payment must be made within 7 days of winning an auction.

We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

ZZZ-Auction is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers. Use the platform at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new terms.
